Once here you will

  • Work together with business stakeholders to design and lead the implementation of upsell, cross-sell, retention as well as acquisition use cases
  • Design and lead multichannel personalization efforts in an MA setting
  • Ensure good data management and reporting capabilities for our clients using MA tools (Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot), as well as integrated platforms such as Salesforce CRM
  • Build automated workflows and assets like forms, landing pages, and emails
  • Define KPIs tied to marketing and business goals, finding ways to visualize and track progress and results for different stakeholder needs
  • Build and maintain efficient relationships with content creation- and social media team(s), as well as business unit marketing leads (and others if applicable), to ensure consistent user experience across channels and funnel stages
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, lead generation, and nurturing

We are looking for someone who

  • Has deep knowledge and experience of marketing automation, and has ideally worked with Salesforce Pardot or Marketing Cloud (certifications is a plus). Other large MA solution experience could also be relevant (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Can work strategically as well as hands-on with marketing automation for our clients
  • Has a strong willingness and ability to learn new (technical) things
  • Demonstrates business acumen and curiosity to understand our clients' unique challenges
  • Possess a consultative mindset, basing decisions on thought-through and analytical processes
  • Can communicate fluently in English (text and speech)
  • Have a basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPscript & SSJS (a plus)
  • Has a relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications or similar (a plus)
