About the role
As a MarTech Advisor, your work will increase our customers' utilization of existing data foundation and Marketing Technologies. You will help our client organization to achieve their business objectives through innovative solutions.
You will be exploring, planning, and building solutions for cross-functional teams and clients. We strongly believe in being part of the client’s team and daily operations to be able to make the biggest impact possible. Common use cases include assessment of current status, roadmap, business case and implementation advice.
You will also:
- Lead end-to-end personalization projects, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing strategies using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, CRM, and other relevant technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics to align customer lifecycle management initiatives with business objectives.
- Implement and configure marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Bloomreach, mParticle) to enable personalization.
- Serve as a technical expert and advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices in personalization, automation, and data integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying current with the latest trends and technologies in customer experience management, personalization, and marketing tech stacks.
We belive that you have:
- 3+ years of experience in customer lifecycle management, personalization, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and IT architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, or similar.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver on-time, on-budget projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
It’s a plus if you also have:
- Experience working with and managing stakeholders in complex projects. Preferably as a consultant.
- Experience of Marketing Mix Modeling, predictive CLV and audience segmentation
