This role is a senior position within Advisory, where we work integrated with our clients as consultants to drive marketing efficiency and transformation.

The Role

As a senior consultant, you will manage and develop clients' digital growth based on your extensive understanding of digital marketing and sales. Together with our clients, you will secure digital initiatives, help prioritize them, and act as the link to executional capabilities. At NoA Connect we take pride in our operational skills, and we expect you to take an active role in executing any proposed strategies.

Your Background

We are looking for individuals with a strong digital background, preferably within e-commerce or paid media, who are confident, driven, independent, and action-oriented. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential, as well as deep specialist knowledge in at least one area of digital marketing.

We believe you have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and sales (e.g., e-commerce, personalization, business development, analytics, performance & paid marketing, martech, or similar).
• A strong business acumen and curiosity to understand clients’ challenges.
• Solid project management skills.
• Experience working on the client side.
• Operational expertise in digital marketing, marketing systems, martech, analytics, paid media, etc.
• A relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
