NoA Connect is part of The North Alliance – one of Scandinavia’s largest agency networks in design, media, and marketing. NoA Connect has three business areas: Advisory services, Performance marketing, and Data & Analytics. This role is a senior position within Advisory, where we work integrated with our clients as consultants to drive marketing efficiency and transformation.
The Role
As a Senior personalization and CRM expert, you will work to increase our clients' use of data- and marketing technologies. Effectively helping them to achieve their business objectives by smarter data collection and utilization strategies.
You will review existing setup and processes, plan, present, and implement solutions for optimized CRM performance suited to cross-functional teams at companies of various sizes.
Common tasks include current state assessments, suggested CRM/MA strategies for optimized system usage and user experience, business case formulation, and creating roadmaps to reach the desired state. As well as hands-on daily operations in the clients' CRM/MA platform/s. We strongly believe in being an integrated part of the client’s team and daily operations for maximized impact.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end personalization projects, from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
- Work hands-on in marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze) to implement customer journeys.
- Test, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of the communication and identify improvements.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing strategies using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, CRM, and other relevant technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics to align customer lifecycle management initiatives with business objectives.
- Serve as a technical expert and advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices in personalization, automation, and data integrations.
- Together with content managers, develop content assets across email, push, SMS, and landing pages.
We believe that you have:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, personalization, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
- Employee experience from a B2B or B2C company.
- Proven business results of your CRM/personalisation initiatives.
- Expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and IT architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, Hubspot or similar.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver on-time, on-budget projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business terms for non-technical stakeholders, and vice versa.
