Bluebird Media is opening a trainee position for a Digital Specialist Trainee to join our team of highly skilled marketers in our new Kruunuhaka office.

The trainee position is scheduled to start in April or March 2025 and will last 4-5 months, depending on the start date.

As a Digital Specialist Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in Paid Social advertising, analytics, and digital commerce. Your journey will involve both structured learning and practical execution, meaning you’ll develop your skills by working on real client projects while handling essential routine tasks. Your growth in this role will be directly tied to the effort and initiative you put in, and we’ll provide the support to help you excel. 

What we are looking for

You are eager to learn, ambitious and not afraid to speak your mind. To thrive in the role, you are passionate about driving change and interested in digital transformation. You see the value of consistently delivering high quality and understand that a team player is highly valued. Paired with an entrepreneurial spirit and structured personality, you see yourself as a good fit for consulting and the fast-changing environment it entitles. 

In addition, you are: 

• M.Sc. or B.Sc.(or soon to be) in Marketing/Communications/Business
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both verbal and written
• You have a solid understanding of different digital marketing channels 
• Able to work at the Kruunuhaka office daily. Occational remote days are possible when agreed beforehand.
