About the role
As a MA & CRM consultant, you will manage and develop client relationships with an extensive understanding of how digital marketing and sales are at the core of growth and efficiency. At Connect we take pride in our operational skills and deliver projects from strategy to achievement of business goals. You will report to a Advisory Consultant Manager.

Examples of tasks

• Work closely together with our clients to turn business requirements into impactful prospect & customer communication
• Support with implementing various MA tools
• Setting strategies & user journeys related to CRM & MA
• Together with content managers, develop content assets across email, push, SMS, and landing pages
• Work hands-on in marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Voyado, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Braze) to implement customer journeys
• Test, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of the communication and identify improvements
• Participation in joint NoA client meetings and agency specific pitches.

About you & your background
Being a consultant at NoA Connect is as much about liking people and communication as it is about being good at the craft. Therefore, we are looking for people who are confident, driven, independent and dare to take on things outside of their comfort zone (of course with colleagues at NoA Connect as a sounding board and support).

It's a plus if you have...

• Great project management skills
• Experience from working with both B2B & B2C
• A relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, IT, communications or similar.
• Experience from digital experience platformas (eg. Salesforce, Adobe, braze etc), MA tools (eg. Hubspot, voyado) and/or CDP’s (eg. Blueconics, Tealium)
• Experience from ABM
• Experience from working with loyalty programs
