Noa Connect has three business areas - Advisory, Performance (Bluebird) and Data & Analytics. This role is within Performance. With the combined capabilities of NoA and Bluebird we will be able to provide our clients with a true end-to-end solution with everything from brand strategy to performance marketing, and everything in between.

The SEO team operates both strategically and hands-on with SEO on some of our key projects together with a team of specialists across the different business areas (SEM, Social, SEO, and Web analytics). They also play an integral part in business development both within SEO as well as other parts of the business.

What you’ll do

As our Senior SEO Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving SEO success for our clients. You’ll take ownership of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our strategies deliver measurable impact. Your role will include: 

• Leading and implementing SEO projects that fuel client growth, working closely with content strategists, designers, and developers.
• Conducting in-depth SEO audits—covering technical, on-page, and off-page aspects—and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Mentoring junior SEO specialists, sharing insights, and guiding them in industry best practices.
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to effectively communicate SEO recommendations and performance results.
• Representing Bluebird Media in sales pitches, presenting SEO strategies and solutions to prospective clients.
• Monitoring key metrics such as rankings, traffic, and conversions, continuously optimizing strategies to exceed client KPIs.
• Staying informed about search engine algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T guidelines, and emerging SEO trends—and ensuring these insights are effectively communicated to the wider team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of SEO experience, managing both strategy and hands-on execution for a range of clients or in-house teams.
• Possesses advanced knowledge of technical SEO (crawlability, indexability, site speed optimization) and strong understanding of content strategy and off-page SEO.
• Is proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Demonstrates business acumen and a consultative approach to identify and solve clients’ marketing challenges.
• Understands modern front-end technologies and their SEO implications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Can clearly communicate complex SEO concepts to various stakeholders (from technical teams to executives).
• Is fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Holds a relevant university degree (a merit, not a requirement), and possibly relevant industry certifications (Google Analytics, etc.).
