Noa Connect has three business areas - Advisory, Performance (Bluebird) and Data & Analytics. This role is within Performance. With the combined capabilities of NoA and Bluebird we will be able to provide our clients with a true end-to-end solution with everything from brand strategy to performance marketing, and everything in between.

The SEO team operates both strategically and hands-on with SEO on some of our key projects together with a team of specialists across the different business areas (SEM, Social, SEO, and Web analytics). They also play an integral part in business development both within SEO as well as other parts of the business.

Now we are looking to strengthen our team with a SEO Specialist!

Once here you will

• Plan and implement SEO projects that facilitate our customers' growth journey
• Deliver data-driven recommendations across every core SEO domain—including content, on-page optimization, technical enhancements, and off-site SEO—to support our clients’ growth goals
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide clear reports to inform data-driven decisions and ensure our SEO efforts meet customer goals
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams, maintaining open dialogue and alignment to effectively achieve the agreed-upon objectives

We are looking for someone who

• Is a passionate digital marketeer with SEO as a specialisation and a couple of years of relevant work experience from both designing digital marketing strategies and implementing them
• Loves the handcrafted work that SEO entails including content, technical aspects, linkbuilding, analytics and data management
• Has a holistic understanding for SEO as a vital part of every companys marketing strategy
• Has experience from working in relevant tools and platforms, KPI frameworks, Web and CMS
• Can demonstrate business acumen and curiosity to understand our customer's challenges
• Has a consultative mindset and bases decisions on thought-through analytical work
• Is a fluent communicator in English - in text and speech
• Have a relevant university degree is a merit but not a requirement
